Lion’s Mane - Heat Tolerant (Hericium erinaceus)

The Culture: Drawn from our proprietary liquid culture, this specialized Lion’s Mane strain was selectively bred for growers dealing with warmer summer temperatures or southern climates.

The Profile: It delivers the exact same incredible culinary and functional benefits as our standard Lion's Mane—featuring a dense, meaty texture that famously mimics crab or lobster, and a sweet, savory flavor profile. The difference is purely agricultural: it refuses to stall out when the temperature rises.

History & Benefits: Containing the same high concentrations of hericenones and erinacines as traditional strains, this mushroom is heavily utilized for its potential to stimulate Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), supporting cognitive function, memory, and nerve health.

Fruiting Conditions: Thrives on supplemented hardwood sawdust (HWFP) or masters mix. Unlike standard strains that prefer cooler environments, this highly resilient strain aggressively fruits in temperatures up to 75°F – 90°F without sacrificing cluster density.
