Our Promise

Susquehanna Spores is a small, owner-operated lab. We collect only what is strictly necessary to ship your order, respond to your questions, and keep our community safe. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Information We Collect

To fulfill your order and provide support, we collect only the information we actually need:

• Contact details: name, shipping address, and email address so we can deliver your order and reach you if there is a problem with delivery.
• Order history: a record of what you purchased so we can troubleshoot, replace compromised items, and answer questions about past orders.
• Support correspondence: any messages you send us through email or our contact form, retained so we can reference prior conversations.

We do not collect any sensitive personal data beyond what is required to deliver your order.

Payments & Stripe

Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are collected, transmitted, and stored on Stripe’s secure infrastructure only.

Susquehanna Spores never stores, sees, or transmits full payment card details on our servers. We only receive limited metadata from Stripe — such as the last four digits of the card, the brand, and a transaction ID — which we keep solely to issue refunds and reconcile orders.

How We Use Your Information

• Process and ship your orders.
• Send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Respond to questions, replacements, and refund requests.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or suspicious orders.
• Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

Sharing & Selling

We share information only with the services that help us run our business — such as our shipping carrier, our payment processor, and our email provider — and only the minimum each partner needs to do its job. None of these partners is permitted to use your data for anything beyond the service they provide to us.

Your Rights
